Team Building
“Business needs teamwork to survive, and trust is absolutely essential to teamwork.”
-John Castro,
President & CEO of Merrill Corporation.
Rock climbing is inherently a team building activity. In order to climb, you need at least two people – one climber, and one person holding the rope or belaying. There is a significant amount of trust required between these two people in order to accomplish the goal of getting to the top.
Whether you’re looking for a full-blown team-building experience or just an outing of a different kind to reward or thank your employees, CityROCK has the event for you.
Climbing, ropes courses, mini-adventure races, or a unique creation - we thrive on the challenge of customizing something that will give your team the foundation to move forward.
“Working together physically is an important part of getting your team to work together across the board . . .”
-Richard Maxwell & Robert Dickman, The Elements of Persuasion
